Following a successful year-out student placement with Sandy Brown in 2018, Mollie graduated with a First-Class Honours in Acoustical and Audio Engineering from the University of Salford and rejoined the company as an engineer in 2020. Since returning, Mollie has worked on to a wide range of projects across various sectors, including commercial and office fit-out design, educational facilities, healthcare buildings and residential schemes. Mollie’s well-rounded appreciation of acoustic design and strong technical knowledge have been central to the success of several notable projects, such as Grant Thornton UK’s London office, the Condé Nast’s London Headquarters and on-going design of the 60 Gracechurch Street modern office development.

Tom joined Sandy Brown in 2019 from the University of Southampton with an MEng in Acoustic Engineering. Tom has contributed to various large residential and mixed-use schemes in the North West, including Rochdale Upperbanks, London Road Fire Station and Latitude Purple, Leeds. He is currently working on the MCFC North Stand expansion and Eliza Yard and Jersey Wharf residential schemes. Tom has experience working in a wide range of sectors including offices, hospitals, schools, museums and studios. Tom has also developed internal procedures for environmental noise modelling software and carried out in-house training sessions.

Tom joined Sandy Brown in 2022 as an engineer after graduating from the University of Southampton with a Master’s degree in Acoustical Engineering. He has worked on projects in a broad range of sectors such as healthcare, office, residential, sports stadia and more. Tom’s growing experience has led him to take a leading role at The Christie Hospital and at the Victoria Point residential redevelopment in Manchester.
